Kaity added so much joy, peace, and organization to our day! She kindly took charge and advocated for my every desire. Kaity also directed all of our vendors as well as guests with patience and kindness. She made sure that every single detail was taken care of! She carefully reviewed the agenda for the wedding day, and I couldn’t have asked for a more stress-free day. "My wife and I didn’t think we would need a coordinator but hiring one was one of the best decisions we made in this process. Specifically, hiring KAITY was one of the best decisions we made, hands down. From our first phone call, she was so reassuring and I knew we would be in good hands. Leading up to our wedding, she helped us figure out logistics and create our day-of timeline and answered a bunch of random questions we had. She also checked in with us about once a month to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The month of our wedding, she came with us on our venue walk-through and asked the venue manager questions we never would have thought of. She oversaw our rehearsal and helped made sure everyone knew their role. We were DIYing some of the decorations and she generously offered to pick up a few boxes a few days before the wedding, to give us one less thing to worry about day-of. The day-of, she met my wife at the venue early to get the rest of the decorations, and she set up our decorations exactly as we envisioned - even better than we envisioned! She worked with the catering company and the venue to make sure everything was set up and going according to plan. Once our family members arrived, she made sure everyone knew where to go and that we were all ready for photos and helped with some of the photography logistics. During the ceremony, she coordinated me and my wife (and our parents) walking down the aisle and operated the sound system which was truly going above and beyond. From then on, she made sure everything flowed seamlessly and helped us stay on schedule, letting us know when it was time for our first dance, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, etc. If there were any issues that arose… I had no idea, because she handled everything so beautifully. She checked in with us frequently and brought us water and drinks so we never had to go to the bar. During dinner, she brought us a plate of food from the buffet so we didn’t have to wait in line. Toward the end of our venue reservation, she packed up everything and made sure all our decorations went in the right car—and all of this happened so efficiently that I hardly even knew it was happening. Because of Kaity, we got to enjoy our wedding and be present with our guests. I was never stressed or anxious for a moment because Kaity had immediately proven how capable she was. To top everything off, the day after our wedding, she surprised us with a recording of our ceremony she had taken on our phone (we didn’t have a videographer) which was such a thoughtful, sweet gesture. I am so grateful to her and would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you Kaity—we’ll never forget what you did for us."
